Depending on how far away your local Enterprise office is, they can "pick you up" as they always tout in their ads. Hertz Local Edition does the same.
EDIT: entering your zip code (from an earlier post) on Enterprise's website shows their Nogales office to be only 11 miles away. That should be close enough for them to pick you up.
HLE has also deducted the cost of a taxi ride (up to a certain point) from my bill when they were too busy to come pick me up. I believe Enterprise might have the same offer.
Thanks, it sounds like you are well ahead of me on doing some of this. I spoke with the Nogales and the Green Valley Enterprise offices before selling my car, and verified a few things, including some really great-sounding deals for the weekends. The Green Valley office is perhaps (in some calculations) more pertinent because it is on the way to Tucson, and if I am going to need an ICV, it is likely because I need to take a longer trip in that direction, so if I rent in Nogales, there would be some backtracking over certain miles, whereas Green Valley is "on the way". However, it is 30 miles away and if I have them come pick me up instead of parking my EV nearby, then Nogales starts to look more logical.
Ideally, I would be able to drive toward Tucson and park my Leaf in safe hands at Ford in Green Valley (which is a sister-dealership to the Nissan dealership that leased me my Leaf). However, I am not necessarily going to hold my breath on realizing this ideal immediately, so it sounds like I should really think about the Nogales Enterprise with a pickup for some near-term purposes.

It's still not an ideal solution (for example, I will need to arrange for shaded parking for my Leaf, and I will need to comform to the hours of the agencies), but I think it just added up for me (various reasons, pro and con).
