By "two outlets" do you mean two receptacles? i.e. two places you can plug something into? I don't think you are supposed to do that on a single circuit, though of course if you are installing a subpanel you could make it big enough to provide two circuits. That AeroVironment EVSE you linked to is designed for permanent attachment with direct wiring, so it doesn't have a plug at all on the wall side. It also is probably not the best EVSE you can get for the price. Dig around through this EVSE section of the forum and you will find lots of evaluations, problem reports, and recommendations of various EVSEs. My personal preference, and the only one I have, is the EVSE Upgrade, which is designed to be plugged in.
